At KASP, we pride ourselves in employing people who are

both concerned with the well being of children, as well as continually striving to better themselves through training and education. Our program strives to hire staff members with college degrees, focusing on early childhood development that prepares them to work with families of diverse races, cultures, and languages.

As a team, we are passionate about children and helping them to develop using not only age appropriate curriculums, but also through teaching them day-to-day life skills. Our goal, as a staff is to empower children in a nurturing and safe environment.
